Becoming a client
A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement letter that describes the work, the fees, and each party’s responsibilities. Requesting a consultation, sending a message, or booking an appointment does not by itself create that relationship.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate information, to respond in a timely way to our requests, and to review anything we prepare before it is filed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your returns and records.
Appointments and communication
Appointments booked through our calendar are subject to confirmation. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. Email and web forms are not secure channels, so do not send sensitive personal or financial data through them.
Fees and payment
Fees for our services are quoted in your engagement letter or invoice and are due as stated there. We do not sell products or take payments through this website.
Notary services
Notary services are performed in accordance with Nevada law. A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures and cannot give legal advice or help you choose a document.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to and embeds third-party tools, including our scheduling calendar, map, and social media pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, The Tax Office NV LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
